Money hasn't been credited to my Player Account. What should I do?

You don't need to worry about your money. It hasn't been lost!

If money has been debited from your bank account but hasn't been credited to your Player Account, the transaction was likely not completed correctly.

Please send your transaction confirmation from bank along with the reference number and your Casino username (phone number) to the Customer Support at: info@doxxbet.ng or 02018870032 for calls / +234 818 890 8888 for WhatsApp. If the payment was indeed transferred to our bank account, we will trace it and credit it to your Player Account.

Failed Card Deposit

How to save Credit/Debit card for recurring deposits

To save your card for recurring deposits not tu have re-enter your card details each time, please choose Paystack for the card payment and click "Save this card" after filling in card details. Provide the mobile number to receive OTP for authentication.
